The Nevada County Consolidated Fire District (NCCFD), City of Grass Valley Fire (GRS) & Nevada City Fire (NEV) operate under a Joint Operational Agreement or (JOA). Together all three agencies work together on our social media pages to show what’s going on in the JOA.
